Submit a product return request

Please note that Atea applies the delivery conditions of a business transaction, and the products therefore do not have the right of exchange or return in a consumer transaction. You can find more detailed delivery conditions at the bottom of the website under the general delivery conditions under the heading Special conditions for products.

Do you have credentials for Atea's portals? You can easily submit a product return from My Atea Orders, whereupon the system retrieves the necessary order information for the return on your behalf. Go to My Atea and search for the order and product you want to return.
