Please note that products do not have the same exchange and return rights as consumer goods.

Do you have user IDs for Atea portals?

You can easily make a product return from My Atea (Orders), in which case the system will retrieve the necessary order information for you for the return. Go to My Atea and find the order and product you want to return.

*) Please note the following when making a return:

  • Please provide as accurate a description as possible of the reason for the return.
  • If you choose the Transport Damage option add pictures of transport damage and report visible damage immediately to the driver and make sure that the driver notes the damage in his PDA / shipping note or fill in digital damage notification form (e.g. Posti).
  • Check that the sales package is unopened and in good condition.
  • As a general rule, the sender is responsible for the shipping costs of the return, and the return may incur return costs (55 € VAT 0%).

You can add an attachment to the feedback. The maximum attachment size is 4Mb.

If you do not end up on the thank you page, the form does not transmit information to our customer service. Please report the problem using the contact form.
