Business Data Consultant

We are looking for a communicative and solution-oriented Business Data Consultant to give some of our most cherished customers the best experience possible working with Atea. 

As our Business Data Consultant you will be working in our Analytics & Optimization team together with our Data Architects, Data Engineers, Data Scientists and BI Professionals, representing Atea towards customers and stakeholders, and ensuring that the solutions are implemented on time and in accordance with the planned specifications. You will be have the lead on data-driven projects, managing customer relationships and guiding your colleagues forward. Yoy will be responsible for and enabling smooth communication between the team, customers and other stakeholders.  

Your daily tasks and responsibilities: 

• Serving the client in projects, understanding the client needs and knowing how to transform these needs into solutions. 
• Identifying and communicating how value is created for the client’s business through the project. 
• Supporting the sales team in the offering phase.  
• New sales to existing clients ​and identifying potential projects and addons in ongoing projects. 
• Project management. 

We are looking for someone who: 

• Is solution-oriented, communicative and organized. 
• Can comprehend the big picture while paying attention to details. 
• Can communicate business requirements so both customer and your colleagues understand. 

• Is fluent in Finnish or Swedish, has good written and spoken English. 
• Has the ability to think outside the box. 
• Has capability to adjust technical discussions to match customers’ and stakeholders’ levels of understanding. 
• Understands data-driven solutions and technologies on a conceptual level and can communicate suitable tech solutions to resolve a need.
