Manager - Enterprise Architecture & Deployment

Do you thrive on being a leader for a competent team of architects and technical specialists and love working in a always changing technical environment? Then we are looking for you to join our Enterprise Architecture & Deployment team within Atea Managed Services. 

Your role 

As the leader of a team consisting of highly skilled architects and technical specialists, you are responsible for executing our technical strategy. You and your 10 direct reports (Enterprise Architects, Solutions Architects and technical specialists), who are located across the Nordics and Baltics, translates our business goals and our strategy into technology, you guide both your own team and other departments, and you communicate progress and results with our business stakeholders. This role is located in either Sweden (Stockholm, Malmö), Finland (Vantaa), Denmark (Ballerup, Aarhus), or Norway, (Drammen).

We believe you are an experienced leader, having experience in leading people  on multiple locations, preferably from the Service Provider business or equivalent. You use your results-oriented mindset to constantly improve your area and our overall business.

You will lead the team virtual using modern tools, continuosly  working towards Ateas  goals. Since the job often requires quick decisions, personal qualities such as analytical skills, flexibility and a high level of energy are important.  To succeed in the role as Manager for Enterprise Architecture & Deployment we believe you have the following skills: 

•  Severeal years s of leadership experience 

• A strategic mindset with ability to translate business needs to architecture, and vice versa 

• Extrovert with excellent communication skills on all levels in a technical organization 

• Experience in explaining complex tasks in a simple and understandable way 

• Fluent in English 

Skills not mandatory, but desirable, are: 

• Experience in project management 

• Experience in working with EA frameworks 

• Managerial experience from multi-country teams 

• Experience from the Service Provider business
