Your role in the team
Atea Managed Services consists of more than 1300 employees in five countries, delivering managed services from the whole IT infrastructure spectrum to customers in the Nordics and Baltics. As an Automation Manager at Atea you are responsible to drive automation and reduce time spent in manual processes across our organization. You have a business-focused mindset and work with our internal processes and use your ability to understand how our customers will benefit from your work.
You will be responsible for the full life cycle, from idea generation, alignment with stakeholders, and measurement definitions, to actual execution and follow-up on effects, and you manage the life cycle for automated tasks by continuously evaluate and improve them. You use workshops and smartness to identify automation candidates, you work with the automation team in order to execute them and you follow up on the outcome. To help on your journey, you will be working close with a team of Automation experts who knows how to code and implement the tasks in our tool stack, as well as plenty of stakeholders within Atea Managed Services with several different needs to automate certain tasks.
You report to the Innovation Director within Atea Managed Services, and as part of the Innovation Management Team, you contribute with your skills to the other managers in the team. Jonathan Mörsell, the hiring manager, says this about the role and his team:

What are we looking for in you?
Your personal characteristics are crucial to succeed in the role and to thrive at Atea. As an Automation Manager you are a person who takes full responsibility for your tasks, structures your work independently and drives your processes forward. You work well both in teams and independently, and always have the customer’s, the company’s and the employee’s best in focus, where feedback and documentation in all levels is important. You have proven experience in selling in automation ideas at all levels in an organization, and makes people get a positive attitude to change management in general. You are an excellent relationship creator and gives a trustworthy and credible impression when communicating with stakeholders at all levels in an organization. We are looking for you who have both experience in, and are passionate about automation and digital processes, where you constantly want to develop yourself.
To success in the role as Automation Manager you should have the following skills:
· Business-oriented mindset with proven experience in calculating investment cases and present benefits for stakeholders
· Previous responsibility for automation projects in large and complex companies
· Experience in documenting automation solutions and to create decision material such as business cases and presentations
· Fluent in English
· Change Management experience
Skills not mandatory, but desirable, are:
· Experience as either an automation consultant, or sales representative with focus on automation, RPA or equivalent
· Experience in digital assistants, AI, BI, RPA and IoT
· Experience in agile project management methods such as Scrum e.g.
· Development skills in Java, C# och Python e.g.
· Experience and certifications in leading automation tools
